The squad is hot on the trail of a murderer who's picking off the members of SEAL Team 9 one by one. McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) ... or rather his dive-trained stunt double (I know, sacrilege) is flying over the North Shore. And Kono (Grace Park) falls in with some shady former cops — and can't seem to stop wearing the same black tank-dress-and-boots outfit. Can Chin Ho (Daniel Dae Kim) stop her from a precipitous moral slide — or at least from a fashion no-no? That's a question for another episode. For now, here's where they filmed Season 2, Episode 3:
The quick-shot waterfall at the top of the episode looked to be Blue Hole on Kauai.
The falls depicted as Manoa Falls was actually Waimea Falls on the North Shore.
McGarrett and Cmdr. White (Terry O'Quinn) are target shooting and hanging loose at Marine Corps Base Hawaii.
The duo walk past the Eternal Flame memorial on Beretania Street across from the Capitol. It honors all men and women who serve in the military.
Kono's house is in Manoa Valley.
Aliiolani Hale (aka Five-0 headquarters) and the Kamehameha statue.
Quick shots of Honolulu and Pearl Harbor.
Danno (Scott Caan) and Weston (Lauren German) are driving south on Kamehameha Highway around Kaaawa on the Windward side
Quick shot of Ala Moana Beach Park, followed by fly-bys of the Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri.
Not sure where that SEALS training facility was — looked to be in a valley and a municipal pool, so possibly the one at Manoa Valley Recreational Center.
Lovely shot of Honolulu at night via Punchbowl.
The poker room where we meet crooked former cop Frank Delano (Billy Baldwin) is the old Advertiser building.
That "tiki bar" where McGarrett and White meet the SEALS commander, with abundant Christmas lights and those '70s glass bowls and fish nets? Anybody know?
The perp's beach house... stated to be Mokuleia, can't disagree.
The skydiving scene is over Mokuleia — nice shooting, crew!
The perp lands his plane at Dillingham Airfield.
Parting flybys of Kahala and the USS Missouri — double love for the Mighty Mo!

The Quotable Danno
"Close is only good if you're playing horseshoes or handgrenades."
"She follows orders, she likes sports, maybe if she was into blowing stuff up, romantic getaways to the DMZ, I'd say we're looking at a love connection."
"Somebody wanna fill in the civilian?"
"Operation Abbey Road? Are you the walrus?"
And a special guest-quip shout-out to Dr. Max Bergman (Masi Oka):
"You don't mess wih the boss' toe tags."
Looking forward: Expect to see Baldwin return as Kono slips into Delano's racket game of shaking down criminals for cash. Undercover, of course.
