Extrapolating from events in East Africa and the Indian Ocean, next week's episode of "Hawaii Five-0" serves up — pirates! Sadly, not the Johnny Depp variety ("Pirates of the Caribbean 4" also filmed here), but pirates from the South Pacific island archipelago of Tonga. (It's sort of like the Baja and Samoan drug cartels that also have stakes here — you just gotta roll with it for the sake of dramatic storytelling.)
